6-month warranty
Every Sowree piece comes with a 6-month warranty on its gold plating, counted from the date of delivery.
If the finish wears away with normal use within six months, write to us at hello@sowree.com with your order number and a photo, and we will repair or replace it.
The warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, or wear caused by perfume, chemicals, swimming or bathing.
Gift packaging
Each piece arrives in a blush keepsake box tied with a satin ribbon. Add a message in the order note at checkout and we will include a handwritten card. Prices are never printed on the packing slip.

Vermeil is a thick layer of 18K gold over a 925 sterling silver base. You get the warm glow of solid gold at a far kinder price, and with a little care it keeps its shine for years.
Gold vermeil can soften over time if it meets water, perfume or lotion. Put your jewellery on last, take it off before bathing or exercising, and store it in its pouch. The gold plating is also covered by our 6-month warranty.
Every piece is made on a 925 sterling silver base. If you have a known metal allergy, write to us before you order and we will share the full material details of the piece you love.
